“Paul’s work on my hot tub was incredibly frustrating. It took him five weeks and three visits, costing me $1100, when the job should have only taken a couple of hours and cost around $500. Worse yet, he finished the work and didn’t even bother to test it – and it didn’t work! I had to completely dismantle the whole thing the next day, get a new pump from Jacuzzi, and actually get it fixed correctly. Honestly, I would urge anyone in a similar situation to just go with someone else; it was a really difficult and unnecessarily painful experience.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with the work completed so far. Replacing the filtration system and pump was done incorrectly – the wiring wasn’t properly secured and the pump was left pointing upwards, leading to water damage and constant short circuits when it rained. When I contacted him, he pushed the repair back to next week and, frustratingly, couldn't arrange for anyone else to come out while he was unavailable. Considering I’ve already paid over $4,000 and still don’t have a functioning pool, this is unacceptable. Furthermore, he seems to have trouble keeping track of my name, which adds to the frustration.”

Paul from Paul’s Country Pools and Spa was absolutely fantastic! He’s such a genuinely honest and helpful guy. We were having a real struggle with our pool – running a dog boarding business meant constant sand and dirt, and it needed daily cleaning. Paul came highly recommended and really turned things around. He assessed the situation, gave us straightforward advice, and recommended the right equipment. The difference is night and day now – it’s a completely different experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul to anyone looking for pool maintenance or even someone to help get a pool installed.

Paul and his team at Paul’s Country Pools and Spas were absolutely fantastic. I was really impressed with his knowledge – he clearly knows his stuff – and I felt completely confident that he was being honest and upfront with me. It’s rare to find someone in the pool maintenance business so dedicated to providing a fair price and excellent service. The follow-up support after the initial work was truly exceptional; it’s the best I’ve encountered in this industry.

“I’ve been so pleased with my pool service over the past two years, especially thanks to Paul. He really helped me get started as a new pool owner, and I’m so grateful for his assistance. We’ve now resolved the chlorinator problem, and it’s reassuring to know there’s a one-year warranty in place – I’m confident they’ll cover any issues with the pipe that has a crack until it leaks again, and I’m hoping to use less chlorine moving forward too.”

Paul was really helpful – the pool was shockingly green with iron, and I was completely stumped about how to fix it. He gave me some clear directions and then, incredibly, sold me a product that completely cleared it up the following day!

Paul was fantastic – he really got the job done quickly and efficiently, completely transforming my spa. I’d definitely recommend talking to him for advice; he’s a real professional.
