I’m incredibly hesitant to recommend Lakeside Park. My experience trying to purchase a trailer there was deeply frustrating and, frankly, concerning. I was shown two trailers needing major repairs, and while a single wide could be purchased for around $3,180, the whole process became a nightmare. Despite being approved for a park residency, I’ve been completely stonewalled by Tessie regarding the paperwork for my aunt’s old double wide. They claim there’s a lien, but I’ve seen no evidence of it, and she hasn't shown me anything. It’s clear Inch and Co. are prioritizing profit over honest dealings. What’s even more troubling is their history. It seems they’ve been aggressively buying homes, displacing residents, and exploiting legal loopholes to extract money – including my mother’s. They’ve hired legal teams to find flaws in contracts and then charge exorbitant fees. My aunt was evicted at the end of September, and the trailer has sat unused ever since. It’s unsettling to feel like you’re being pressured into buying a trailer when it’s essentially a used one, and the whole situation feels manipulated. While I do see some positive changes happening in the park with new residents moving in, I can’t recommend Inch and Co. based on my experience and what I’ve heard from other residents. If you’re considering a purchase, please, please, please consult with a lawyer – you absolutely need to protect yourself.

“Overall, this place seems like a really solid option if you’re looking for a trailer or a small home. They have good prices on their trailers, and it seems like a good place to check out if you need a temporary place to live while you’re saving up for a bigger house.”

“We recently viewed a property and are now just waiting to hear back about it – we’re really hoping to move in. Ms. Tessa was a wonderful agent and was so clear and friendly during our visit. We’re excited about the possibility and trying to remain optimistic. We’ve heard some comments about the neighborhood, but we’re confident we can make our home a great place, regardless.”

“I had a really positive experience working with Tessa. She was incredibly friendly and patient, taking the time to show my children and me around the house and explaining everything in detail. I’m definitely planning on moving forward with the purchase of the home she showed us.”

Lakeside has a mixed reputation, and it really comes down to the specific area you’re looking at. It’s not fair to judge the whole town based on negative experiences – some neighborhoods are great, others aren’t.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the prompt "Checking out mobile homes": “Overall, the mobile home community was decent. The units themselves looked like they’d been well-maintained, and the location was pretty quiet. There’s definitely potential here, but I’d want to spend a bit more time looking closely at the lot sizes and the overall feel of the community before making a final decision. It seemed like a solid option, just not a *perfect* fit for what I’m looking for right now.”

“I wanted to express my sincere disappointment with this project. The execution felt incredibly lacking and, frankly, quite substandard.”
