  “We were so pleased with our new American Deluxe windows – nine windows and two large sliding glass doors – and the team at Ark really went above and beyond. Carlos, Jose, and Fernando were fantastic; they were punctual, meticulous in their work, and took great care to ensure everything was perfect. The city inspector even commented on how neat and professional they were. We were a little surprised by the initial price, but Ark was happy to match it with a competitor. Plus, he was incredibly responsive to my questions via text. After a small mishap – we accidentally damaged one of the sliding doors – Ark stepped in immediately. He had his team replace the screen and fix the door, all at no cost! It was completely resolved in just 15 minutes, and we were incredibly grateful for their outstanding customer service. We encountered some significant delays with repairs to my apartment, which meant a considerable wait before we could finally get my windows installed. Despite this, they were amazingly patient and kept my order on hold for almost a year!   “I’m so pleased with American Deluxe Windows and Doors – they completely transformed my home! Because my windows were a unique size and shape, I was a little worried about the cost of custom windows, but they were surprisingly reasonable. I ended up adding a few extra features, which did increase the price, but honestly, the final result is absolutely fantastic. The new windows are incredibly energy efficient and look stunning, and I know they’ll last for years. I was so impressed that when it was time to replace my old sliding glass door, I immediately went back to them. They installed beautiful outward-opening French doors that match my windows perfectly, even down to the same door handles. The installers were fantastic – really efficient, professional, and you can tell they know their stuff.   “I was so thrilled with the work American Deluxe did replacing all my windows and those two sliding doors a couple of years back, I knew I could trust them again when I decided to replace my back door. Ark from Ark recommended a beautiful laminated ‘reinforced glass’ French door, and I absolutely love it! It’s the perfect complement to my house, lets in tons of natural light, and the super insulated Anlin door is saving me money on my energy bills – I don’t even need to use lights during the day.   “I’m absolutely thrilled with the new windows and sliding glass door American Deluxe Windows installed in my condo. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. I got a few quotes, and Victor and his team really impressed me – they were just a step above the others. While one quote was lower, the upfront payment request felt a little uncomfortable, and American Deluxe Windows offered a much smoother process. The installation itself was incredible! My old windows were ancient and constantly rattled, especially with my neighbors upstairs or during an earthquake. Now, the new windows create a completely airtight seal, making my condo so much quieter and giving me a real sense of security. It’s a night and day difference! Victor’s familiarity with working with HOAs was a huge plus – he navigated everything flawlessly. And his crew was fantastic – incredibly professional, careful not to block my driveway, and they even cleaned up after their truck. They left my place spotless, which I really appreciated.
