  “I wholeheartedly give Stone Works, LLC five stars! From start to finish, they were fantastic. I was immediately impressed when I met Brandi in the showroom – she was so incredibly patient and helpful, really taking the time to help me find the perfect stone for my new home. When we had to make a change with our brickwork, Brandi was just as wonderful and accommodating. Creston did a great job of ensuring we were both on the same page, and Ruben and his team were absolutely amazing. They were punctual, worked incredibly hard, and were always so friendly and courteous whenever I checked in on the progress.   “I’d been buying stones from them for about a year when I visited last, and it felt like a misunderstanding from the start. The new accountant mentioned she’d found some “inside information,” which was confusing since I’d always gotten my stones from the yard. I grabbed a stone on sale and, honestly, it looked almost identical to the one I’d been looking for. As I was driving out of town, I got a frantic text saying the police were involved – I thought it was a joke at first. But then I got a heated call from Hall, who accused me of stealing. It felt completely unfair, especially considering theft requires intent, and I certainly didn’t go there with the intention of stealing. I’d called ahead to arrange a purchase, but they never responded to my questions about the price or even offered to sell me the stone. Because it looked so similar, I didn’t immediately recognize the manufacturer. Because of this whole experience, I’ve stopped buying from them and found a better place to get what I need.” report abuse
