  “Overall, the board seems primarily focused on supporting contractors, which unfortunately leaves buyers in a difficult position. The application process can take an incredibly long time – years in some cases – and at the point where decisions are finally made, the board effectively blocks buyers from addressing any issues they’ve encountered. Their lack of responsiveness regarding applications seriously hinders the warranty process.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with the contractor industry in Arkansas. It’s taken me three years to even get a resolution to a problem, and frankly, it’s made me question the whole system. The advice to take it to civil court just felt like a dead end, and the contractors themselves seem to operate with a complete disregard for accountability – they’re behaving like the licensing process isn’t holding anyone responsible.” report abuse

  “I filed a complaint with the contractor back in January, and despite numerous conversations with Jimmy Thomas, Greg Crow, and Michael Langley – along with several assurances they’d look into it – I haven’t received any kind of response, formal or informal, as of June 22nd.
