Randy is a fantastic builder – truly a professional with a great eye for detail and design. He really focuses on creating a comfortable and well-organized home, and the whole inspection process was incredibly smooth. He’s a very experienced builder and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Randy was a really pleasure to work with. He was fantastic at presenting different options and he always kept me grounded, which was really helpful given my sometimes extravagant tastes – he really did a good job of making sure I stayed within budget. Importantly, he took the time to understand what was truly important to me throughout the whole process of buying the house he’d already begun working on.

“We absolutely love our home – it was built by Randy James Construction, and you can really see the care and attention to detail that went into it. The storage and design are fantastic, and we wholeheartedly recommend his work.”

“I was really impressed with [Builder’s Name]. They were incredibly responsive and did a fantastic job building our house. Any issues we had were addressed quickly and efficiently – they were always available and took care of things right away. I’d absolutely recommend them and would definitely use their services again.”
-
Honestly, this builder seems to just copy existing homes. He built a nearly identical version of our house, right across the street – we jokingly call it the “copycat house.” If you’re looking for something original, I wouldn’t go with this guy.

These homes are truly stunning – clearly a lot of care and attention has gone into their design and construction.
