It was great that they identified the existing leak and handled it without adding to the cost.   “I contacted them based on some really positive feedback from colleagues at the Andover Real Estate office. However, when I gave them my address, they informed me they don’t handle business in Haverhill – which was pretty disappointing. To be honest, I actually saw them working on a commercial property in Haverhill shortly after, so it seems like they’re covering the area despite their initial response.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the work that was done. Shortly after the job was completed, we discovered a leak in the roof, which is a serious concern. I also have serious reservations about the way the work was carried out – it appears they were using unauthorized labor. Due to these issues, and the incredibly difficult experience we had trying to get in touch with them, I believe a thorough investigation is warranted, potentially involving the FBI, to address these concerns and prevent similar situations from happening again.” report abuse

The quality of the work was subpar, and the communication was incredibly difficult – they were consistently unresponsive and wouldn’t return our calls once we’d paid.
