Honestly, our experience with GM Libby and Sons regarding the waterfront stone wall was deeply disappointing. While they initially did the work, they left a significant amount of debris in the water, and it took several follow-up requests for them to address it. Unfortunately, the stone wall itself started to deteriorate over the course of the summer, with rocks falling off and exposing sharp concrete edges – it became unsafe to use. To make matters worse, they added an extra step themselves without our approval, and it quickly became a hazard. This was a very expensive project that proved to be poorly constructed and not durable. Throughout the process, the employees were consistently rude and abrupt, and we’ve been unable to get any resolution or response to our concerns despite repeated attempts over the past few years.

“Seriously, the stonework was incredible – so creative and imaginative. They completely transformed the fireplace, turning it into a stunning work of art. I highly recommend them!”

This team really impressed me. They’re clearly a group of talented and driven individuals – a genuinely great group to work with.
