  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. From the start, it was a frustrating process. They were slow to address a relatively simple issue – replacing a short section of gas pipe – and tried to bill me for a visit from a plumber who did absolutely nothing. This resulted in a completely inaccurate estimate and a lot of confusion. Adding to the problem, the team was late in arriving, leaving us without heat in a cold house, and the manager became defensive when we questioned the charges. The work itself was ultimately substandard, with both the Eversource technician and the town inspector expressing their concerns. What truly set me off was the complete lack of transparency – they charged exorbitant rates without providing a clear breakdown of costs, and then sent an invoice with a negative amount after initially overcharging. It took months for them to acknowledge the error, and even then, they didn’t issue a credit. It’s clear they operate with no regard for customer service or honest pricing. I’m pursuing a complaint with the BBB to see if we can hold them accountable. report abuse
