  “I’ll admit, the windows Renewal by Andersen installed years ago were fantastic – really high quality and a worthwhile investment, though admittedly pricey. However, the whole experience with the salesperson I encountered recently was incredibly frustrating and left a very negative impression. He showed up unannounced, aggressively pushing their product and completely disregarded that we already had Renewal by Andersen windows made of Fibrex, not vinyl. He even misidentified a simple cleaning issue as a sign of a failing window! It was clear he didn't really understand the product himself, and the way he approached us felt incredibly sleazy and unprofessional. Honestly, a company with a good product should have trained representatives, and this experience made it clear that I wouldn’t be considering Renewal by Andersen for any future work.” report abuse

  “We’ve been incredibly frustrated with the service we’ve received. We’ve been waiting over a year for NewPro to fix a significant number of poorly installed windows, and it’s clear the quality control isn’t what it used to be – we’ve found debris inside many of them. Despite a tech visit last year to confirm the issues, we’re still waiting. While they’ve addressed one window, many others aren’t balanced and have sloppy sealant around the edges, which they’ve dismissed as being ‘within spec’ – frankly, it’s unacceptable. We really regret not going with a different company; NewPro would have been a much better choice.” report abuse

  “I’ve now used Anderson twice to replace the windows in my 1893 Victorian home, and honestly, it was just as fantastic as the first time. From start to finish, everyone – Kevin the salesman, Drew the job manager, and even Jordan the scheduler – was incredibly professional and helpful. Drew was especially meticulous, ensuring the Y7 installation crew had everything they needed and that the job went perfectly. It was truly seamless. While Anderson is a bit pricier than some other companies, I’m absolutely convinced it’s worth the investment. I want windows that will last, and Anderson’s quality and service give me complete confidence. Actually, they were a lifesaver last year when I had a terrible experience with another company – their customer service is outstanding.” report abuse
