  “Initially, I was really impressed with the speed and professionalism of the service and the initial estimates. However, the warranty experience has been absolutely dreadful. Despite multiple calls – I’ve contacted them seven or eight times – I’ve yet to receive a callback, and the follow-up support has been shockingly unresponsive. Honestly, I’m seriously considering legal action due to the complete lack of communication and support after they received my payment.
