  “I was really excited to explore N&Y’s services, but I’ve been incredibly frustrated with their responsiveness. I’ve contacted them consistently – multiple times a week for the past month – and haven’t received a single proposal. Despite repeated calls and emails, I’ve just kept getting promises of a follow-up that never materialized.
