I’m incredibly concerned about the driving behavior of your employees. Last night, one of them nearly caused a serious accident by merging into my lane without checking, completely disregarding my horn and forcing me to swerve dangerously. It’s unacceptable and frankly terrifying. I need to know what kind of training your drivers receive, as this behavior suggests a serious lapse in judgment and a lack of respect for other road users.

It was really heartwarming to witness a couple on Oak Street in Norton stop and help a woman who was stuck in a snowdrift. They went out of their way to get her out, and it was a wonderful example of kindness – a truly generous and unexpected act. I just happened to be passing by and was really pleased to see it.
