  “I contacted MCM about a leak and they arranged for someone to come out. However, it took over a week for them to actually send someone, as they kept asking for more information and pictures while my water damage continued to worsen. Once they finally did arrive, they did a good job and the price was reasonable.” report abuse

  “I’ve used this company before and was really happy with their service back a few years ago – I’d give them a solid 5 stars then. However, recently it’s felt like they’re just not interested in my business. I called about a serious algae problem with my pool, and the owner, Kurt, basically dismissed it, saying they didn't handle that kind of issue. To add to that, I ordered some replacement parts for the top rails, which were rotting, and he told me they couldn’t even install them due to liability concerns. Honestly, it just seemed like they weren’t willing to take on the job at all.” report abuse

  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I’ve been trying to get a straight answer about their pool opening, and it’s been a nightmare. No one ever answers the phone, and they only communicate via email – which hasn’t been helpful at all. They keep citing COVID as the reason for delays, but it feels like a convenient excuse. They completely missed two scheduled openings, and I’m seriously considering going elsewhere. There are definitely better options in the Norton area. report abuse

  “As a first-time pool buyer, I was really disappointed with the service I received. The salesperson told me they wouldn’t honor any warranty or even attempt an installation because I hadn’t purchased the pool through their company – essentially, they said they wouldn't be involved if I hadn’t bought it from them directly.” report abuse

  Honestly, I can’t recommend MCM Pools. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pool service. Please, steer clear – it was a complete nightmare. report abuse

Despite MCM Pool’s policy on self-installed above ground pools, Kirk took the time to patiently explain everything to me, even after I called back with more questions.
