Their knowledge and expertise are truly outstanding – they’ve handled everything from routine servicing to complex repairs and installations with a professionalism I really appreciate. It’s clear they’re a well-run business, and his crew is always so kind and courteous. They’ve consistently worked together seamlessly to keep our in-ground pool running perfectly, which is something we’ve noticed many other local pool companies struggle with.   Honestly, we’ve been incredibly frustrated with our pool liner replacement three years ago. The liner was installed incorrectly from the start, and we’ve been battling with it every spring – it constantly pulls out of the sides and needs to be completely reattached. It’s a huge hassle. The worst part is that Shawn, the owner, hasn’t responded to any of our calls or requests for help. He holds the warranty, so no other company will assist us, and he just won’t address the problem. To make matters worse, he added an extra truckload of water to the pool without our permission, and wouldn’t even look at the issue until we paid for it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using his services – you’re likely to face ongoing problems. report abuse

  Shawn and CPR did an absolutely fantastic job with our liner. We had them install it back in 2008, and it held up really well until recently when it started leaking and showing its age. We got it set up in the fall of 2022 and it wasn’t installed until April/early May of 2023, but Shawn really went above and beyond. There were a lot of delays – weather, a liner delay from the manufacturer, even groundwater issues – but he kept pushing and ultimately got the job finished just in time for a Memorial Day party we were hosting. He even did a ton of extra work without charging us anything extra. The liner looks gorgeous, and my family is absolutely loving it. I highly recommend CPR and Shawn – they’re fantastic! report abuse

  Honestly, I was so frustrated trying to find someone to fix my pool filter. I called six places and only three even bothered to return my call. Two of them just said they’d get to it when they had a chance, and their prices were outrageous! But then CPR came out in just a couple of days, and they completely nailed it. They not only fixed the problem perfectly – something I’d been struggling with for years – but they did an amazing job and were really reasonable with the price. It’s been the best experience I’ve had with my pool in the 20 years I’ve had an in-ground one. I’d absolutely use CPR again! report abuse

  My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the work CPR did on our pool. They were fantastic – so easy to work with, incredibly respectful of our time, and really guided us through everything seamlessly.   I was really impressed with this company. They were incredibly helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me regarding my pool. Not only did they fix my pump and unclog my filter quickly – it was done in just a half hour! – but they also gave me some great advice on how to manage my pool better and save money. Honestly, my pool was a terrible, murky green for three weeks, but after CPR treatment, it was crystal clear in just a few days! I highly recommend them. report abuse
