  Maine Line did a fantastic job with our recent renovation of the old farmhouse. Given it was a century-old property needing a full overhaul, they tackled everything – including completely new HVAC systems and washer/dryer hookups – with professionalism and efficiency. They even handled the propane hookup and the installation of the combination system, really taking care of all the necessary details. report abuse

  Sam and his team were fantastic – truly top-quality work at a really reasonable price. I was particularly impressed with their professionalism during the plumbing work at my Waterford home.   I was really frustrated with the service I received. I called to schedule an appointment to have a technician check my well pump, and I had a specific concern – whether I could safely turn off the pump without causing damage, given that I’m elderly and don’t have anyone to help me. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response, and no one called back. It felt completely unhelpful and dismissive of my needs. report abuse

  “Unfortunately, my experience with this individual, Mr. Hornstein, was quite concerning. It seemed like he was primarily focused on getting paid, often cutting corners and displaying a consistently negative attitude.
