  Overall, I was extremely pleased with Blue Bear’s service. The new furnace installed in February was fantastic, and the technicians, Ben and Carter, were both really great. It was so reassuring to experience that same excellent service when the air conditioner froze over – they quickly sent someone out to take a look. Ultimately, the problem needed a more involved solution, and thankfully, Ben and Carter went above and beyond to install a new A/C unit and remove the old one. Project manager Zack also checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I’m incredibly grateful that my A/C is now working, especially with the heat – thank you Blue Bear! report abuse

  Blue Bear did an excellent job updating this bathroom! They recently finished installing a new shower and tub, and what really stood out was their care in preserving the beautiful original tile work – Josh Kane initially suggested the project and Tim Harder finalized the tub selection. Jack O’Connor and apprentice plumber Kaleb expertly oversaw the whole thing, ensuring everything was done right. Franklin was also a key part of the team, and they delivered a fantastic tub and functional shower faucet. It’s a really involved plumbing job, but Blue Bear consistently proves to be the right choice for bathroom renovations. I’m happy to continue recommending them! report abuse

  Honestly, I started with a really positive impression, but things quickly went downhill. The biggest problem was needing a new motor that cost nearly $5,000, and even after that, the air conditioning still wasn’t working. We ordered parts for around $600, but they arrived four days later and, unsurprisingly, didn’t fix anything. It took five separate visits over two weeks to get the AC sorted out, and while the last technician was great – thankfully – the others just seemed inexperienced. They were polite enough, but it felt like they were still learning the ropes, and I’m honestly not sure I can trust them to properly diagnose and fix anything in the future. To top it off, I felt like their prices were quite high. report abuse
