It was such a relief when my fiancé came home from her knee surgery on Wednesday, but we quickly realized she couldn’t manage the stairs. Thankfully, the NFD responded so incredibly fast – two firefighters and a police officer arrived within minutes and took such good care of her, getting her settled comfortably in the house. We really appreciate their quick and helpful response!

This was a deeply concerning experience. The EMT’s behavior – yelling and using inappropriate language – was completely unacceptable and demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected during the ambulance ride, and I believe his conduct warrants immediate disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
-
It seems there was a slight miscommunication – the party should have kicked off at 12pm, not 2pm.

“It’s clear there’s a serious underlying issue here. The persistent problems suggest a fundamental problem that needs immediate attention – where there’s smoke, there’s fire.”
