  I had a really positive experience with Mr. Rooter. They were punctual, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it efficiently. The plumber was also very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing – I really appreciated that.   Overall, I had a good experience with this company. The technician was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, offering helpful options and clearly explaining his service. I’ve used them before and they’ve always been responsive and willing to work with me.   “I was so relieved when they were able to get a technician, Dylan, out to my house so quickly – less than three hours! He fixed my well pump and got my water flowing again, which was a huge relief.   “I was completely panicked when my water heater sprung a leak and water was everywhere! Thankfully, I called Mr. Rooter and Paige was absolutely fantastic – she calmly walked me through shutting off the water and prevented a lot of potential damage. The whole process was incredibly smooth, and Dylan, the technician, was amazing too. He kept me updated every step of the way, calling when he was on his way and giving me a really accurate arrival time. Best of all, he got the new water heater installed the same day! I also took advantage of their Advantage membership, which is already saving me a significant amount – and I’m confident I’ll be using Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing needs in the future.” report abuse
