  “Everything went really smoothly – I arrived on time and Casle and Eric were fantastic. I’d accidentally brought the wrong CO2/smoke alarm, but Eric quickly found one in the truck, which was a huge relief, especially since I’m selling the condo and was feeling a bit stressed.   Castle did a fantastic job upgrading our panel and installing the EV. They were really communicative throughout the whole process, and everything was handled in a clean and efficient manner.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Castle Electric. Honestly, I was incredibly frustrated after dealing with a mess of badly wired circuits and having my concerns repeatedly dismissed by other electricians – it ended up costing me over $3000! But Jessica was fantastic. She really took the time to listen to my history with this problem and immediately recognized the issue with my breakers. It only took her an hour and $800 to fix everything, and it’s brilliant. To top it all off, the last electrician wanted $2500 just to diagnose the problem. I’ll absolutely be using Castle Electric for all my electrical needs in the future and I highly recommend them.” report abuse

  I’m absolutely thrilled with the entire process of getting my propane whole-house generator installed. Mike Packard and his team handled everything flawlessly, from the initial coordination with the gas and excavation contractors to securing all the permits. I really appreciated not having to manage any of the details myself – Mike was always there to oversee everything and ensure everyone was on schedule. Tracy in the office kept me perfectly informed with timely text updates, and the installation team – Mike, Ako, and Josiah – were professional, reliable, and incredibly helpful.
