I hired them to replace my windows, but the whole process was a disaster. They kept rescheduling the installation, with no communication about the changes, and then the City inspector discovered they hadn’t obtained a required work permit – which caused a significant delay and a fine. Despite the stop-work order, the crew continued working, rushing the job and accidentally damaging my heater. To make matters worse, they then blamed *me* for the paint damage they’d caused through their own sub-contractor, refusing to offer any compensation. The windows themselves were poorly installed – they cut my trim and glued it back on, leaving unsightly gaps. It was clear they didn't care about quality or customer service. Honestly, the communication was awful, and I wouldn't trust this company with my business.” report abuse

  Randy was a really great guy – he was clearly knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable. Importantly, he didn’t try to push me into anything, and we were completely honest with each other about what was possible and what I was looking for.
