  Honestly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I was originally quoted a price for a two-day project, but it ended up taking over seven *weeks* to complete. The final day, they abruptly told me my front porch was unsafe and left, completely abandoning the work. We went weeks without any communication, and I had to repeatedly chase them down to find out no one was scheduled to return for a full month! They just slapped together a quick, messy fix and called it done, leaving me unable to use my own front door for weeks. It was a complete nightmare, and frankly, felt like a huge attempt to pressure me into a good review – they even suggested tipping the workers if I gave them a positive one. It’s completely unacceptable to leave a customer in this situation, and I strongly advise anyone considering this company to be wary of tactics like that. report abuse

  “I really want to say how pleased I was with the work done by the JES crew – A. Grant, G. Peoples, T. Griffin, and M. Usury. They were incredibly professional and reliable; they called an hour before their arrival and were always on time. Throughout the six-plus hours they worked, their dedication to quality was clear. What really stood out was their attention to detail – they took fantastic care of the space and did a great job with both the installation and the cleanup. Communication and teamwork were also top-notch, which was key to the project’s success.   Honestly, we had a really frustrating experience with this company. They significantly delayed the foundation work, pushing it back nearly four months instead of the initially promised one. We were relying on their timeline and it just wasn't met. More concerning was the lack of communication – the salesman seemed to disappear when we tried to get updates, essentially saying "out of sight, out of mind." Because of these issues, we wouldn’t recommend them, especially if you have a tight deadline or expect your salesman to follow through on promises. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with JES – they completely turned my situation around. I initially contacted them about some cracking in my patio, and they quickly discovered a much bigger problem: significant damage to my house’s foundation. Honestly, we were worried about the cost, but Jeffrey and their financing team were amazing. They helped us secure a really good rate on a loan, which made everything manageable. Jeffrey himself was fantastic; he clearly explained everything, answered all my questions, and was always easy to reach. The crew – Santoz, Dada, Robert, and Erik – were also incredibly nice and professional. And the best part was, they left the whole area spotless after they finished the work.   I was really pleased with the whole experience with JES. JES sent Marcelo Flores to do the initial inspection, and he was fantastic – he explained everything clearly and even followed up with me via text when I had questions. The actual installation, done by Quintin Holthaus, Damien Files, Dante McKenzie, and Eric Townes, was incredibly smooth, and I was especially impressed that they took the time to adapt to an unexpected issue with my foundation. They were all so positive, professional, and worked together really well as a team. I wholeheartedly recommend JES – they did a great job! report abuse

  Overall, JES did a fantastic job – really impressed with the team. Bruce Chase was especially helpful, providing excellent follow-up and clear explanations. And I want to give a huge shout-out to Mike Baines, Chris Robinson, Jesse Frye, Erik Hudson, and Eric Towns – they were all incredibly professional and respectful.   Christopher and his team – Antonio and Jose – did a fantastic job. They were incredibly prepared, addressed all my questions thoroughly, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how professional they were and that they kept my home completely undisturbed throughout the entire process.   “I want to express how incredibly pleased I was with the work Antoine, Gerald, and Troy did to address the water issues in my basement. They did a fantastic job installing the drainage system and pump, and I really appreciated them taking the time to clear away all the sandbags – it made a huge difference. They were so willing to go above and beyond, and I truly felt like they were looking out for me. They were professional, patient, and happy to answer all my questions.
