  We couldn’t be happier with the bathroom remodels Design Build Specialists did for us! Bob Corridan was fantastic – he really guided us through the whole process, helping us focus on what would truly enhance our bathrooms and steer us away from things that wouldn’t have worked. Jaimee, our project manager, was absolutely wonderful too – so patient and always available to answer any questions or help us find the best solutions. And Francisco, the installer, was incredibly hardworking and meticulous, ensuring everything was done perfectly and on schedule.   Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Design Build Specialists were fantastic – truly the best I’ve ever worked with as a contractor. Maria, my project manager, was amazing at keeping me in the loop on everything, and the whole team consistently delivered top-notch work, from the initial demolition to the final details. They were incredibly thorough, always cleaning up the site every evening, and my new kitchen is absolutely a joy to use every single day.   Mark and his team at Design Build Specialists have been absolutely fantastic to work with – we’ve used them for over 10 years and they recently completed two renovations for us. They did a brilliant job remodeling two termite-damaged bathrooms in our old house, and then they recently tackled our powder room and, most recently, our entire kitchen. We were so impressed with the quality of their work and how well they collaborated with our designer. Mark is clearly a really skilled project manager – he’s incredibly organized, always proactive in resolving any issues that came up, and he has a real talent for keeping everyone on the same page.   Mark was an absolute lifesaver during the build-out of our new salon. We were so impressed with his deep knowledge and expertise – he really knew his stuff when it came to design, planning, getting the permits, and everything involved in such a large remodel.   “We were so pleased with DBS – they were fantastic to work with throughout our extensive remodeling project, which was done in three phases. Mark was particularly great, always looking out for our best interests. They completely transformed about 75% of our house, and the final results are fantastic.   Mark and his team did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our whole house. From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable and tackled every challenge – we ran into some unexpected issues with termite and water damage due to the age of the home, and Mark consistently found clever and cost-effective solutions. What really stood out was his reliability; he always kept his promises and followed through exactly as he said he would.   I wanted to share my experience with Design Build Specialists, who completed remodeling my in-law unit back in August 2016. I always wait a good amount of time – about a year in this case – before writing a review to make sure I can honestly say the project has settled in and everything is running smoothly. Honestly, they were fantastic. They handled everything from the design to the actual construction, and the finished result is absolutely beautiful. I was particularly impressed with how they tackled the drainage issues around the unit – they completely resolved them, even during that really heavy rainfall winter of 2016/17. It’s been about 14 months since the project was finished, and we’ve had a few minor things to address, but Design and Build responded incredibly quickly and efficiently to fix each one. While they were a bit on the pricier side, their professionalism and responsiveness definitely made it worthwhile. I wholeheartedly recommend them. report abuse
