We were consistently impressed with the team; there were always 6-8 guys working on the project, and they were incredibly thorough.   Honestly, we had a really frustrating experience with this company. They were recommended by our vacation rental management company, and we hired them to fix a small leak from our deck to the covered patio. After waiting a long time and receiving very limited communication, they billed us several thousand dollars. Despite that, the water now leaks *into* our house instead of the patio – it’s completely reversed the problem! And then they wanted another thousand dollars to try and fix *that*. To top it all off, they don’t even offer a guarantee that their work will actually solve the issue. Seriously, avoid this company. report abuse

  RPM left a really disappointing impression. I received two recommendations, but ultimately felt let down by their service. They took nearly two weeks to schedule an initial visit, despite having a comprehensive inspection report. Shockingly, they only addressed two of the twenty items outlined in that report. It seems like a serious lack of follow-through and professionalism – a concerning trend I’ve noticed in this area. report abuse
