  Overall, I had a really positive experience with Maine Heat Pumps and Electrical. Despite being just outside their service area, I was really impressed with their responsiveness. I was having a tough time getting any electricians to even respond to my messages, but they quickly took my call and sent an electrician out to assess the job. They provided a clear quote and scheduled the work promptly. The electrician was professional, polite, and kept the area very tidy. They finished the job exactly when they said they would, and within budget – I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’d definitely call them again if I needed electrical work. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with this company’s responsiveness! I reached out about four Fujitsu heat pumps that desperately needed cleaning, and they got back to me quickly. One unit wasn’t cooling at all, so a technician came out and I opted for a service package for two cleanings per unit. They offered a fantastic price, and the two technicians arrived within a day or two to complete the initial cleaning – they were punctual and efficiently cleaned all four units as promised. The improvement in performance was remarkable, although one unit still wasn’t working correctly, so we scheduled a diagnostic and repair. They fixed it, and now all four heat pumps are working perfectly! We’re planning to get the second cleaning done before heating season.   Overall, we were really pleased with the work done installing the heat pumps. The initial installation of the five heat pumps for the house and shop went incredibly smoothly and quickly. The new units are fantastic – they’re working really well! We even ended up replacing our old heat pump because it was just too noisy to use comfortably. Adding a heat pump to our separate cottage, designed for 120 volt power, was a great addition too, giving us heating and cooling there. And we appreciated their commitment to customer satisfaction and the fact that they stand behind their work. We’re so glad we chose them. report abuse

  Noah has been fantastic – he’s taken care of my heat pumps for the past two years, and I’m really pleased with his service. He’s kept them running perfectly, and I haven’t had a single problem. He was even able to quickly resolve a clogged drain pipe, and he also installed snow covers which have made winter maintenance so much easier. report abuse

  Overall, Alex and Gavin from MHPS did a fantastic job installing our two ductless mini-splits. We had a really positive experience with them and we’ll definitely be calling them back for maintenance when the time comes. report abuse
