  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work Long Fence did for us. They installed a fantastic paddock estate fence with four gates and wire mesh across our 0.5-acre property, as well as a 16x8 garden fence. What really stood out was how professional and meticulous they were – they cleaned up after themselves as they worked, and we didn’t have a single stray nail left over when the job was finished. The quality of the materials was exceptional; the wood is beautiful and much nicer than what we’d seen at Home Depot or Lowe’s, and the posts are huge and really sturdy. Everything feels very durable, especially the heavy-duty hardware on the gates. It’s great to know our previous, cheaper fence won’t be a short-lived disappointment. Plus, they offered really attractive financing options with no extra charges, which was a big bonus. report abuse

  “Honestly, this has been a complete waste of time and money. We paid a significant deposit for a fence back in March, and the salesman took it immediately. It’s now two months later, and we haven’t even received a single call to schedule an installation. I’ve contacted customer service, but their promises haven't been kept – I was told I’d hear back by Friday and still haven’t. I strongly recommend finding a different company.” report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with Long Fence. We needed a simple, 3-foot vinyl fence to create a secure area for our two small dogs, and Lenny was fantastic at helping us find the perfect solution – something with clean lines and nothing too elaborate. The installation took a little longer than expected, with the fence finally arriving in mid-November after we signed the contract in August, but it was absolutely worth the wait. Walter’s crew did a fantastic job; they were incredibly professional and clearly took pride in their work. The foreman was also great, checking in regularly and quickly addressing one of our concerns. Honestly, my husband and I are very happy with the finished product – though we wish it had been a warmer time of year to have it installed!" report abuse

  “I can’t even begin to describe how incredibly frustrating this entire experience was. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. The only positive thing was the initial payment – everything else was awful. The staff were consistently rude, and the ‘managers’ were incredibly difficult to deal with; I actually had to hang up on them during a heated argument. They completely refused to take any responsibility for the poor quality and damage of the fence they produced. I was getting collection calls about the bill *before* the installation was even finished! The workmanship itself was shockingly bad. The installers tried to pressure me into signing paperwork saying the job was done, and it took over 15 visits over 13 months for them to fix the issues. Multiple times, they arrived with new materials that were even more damaged than what was already there – you can see pictures of that. Some of the installers themselves were embarrassed by the state of the work. To make matters worse, they threatened legal action if I didn't pay. My attorney advised it would be far simpler and cheaper to just pay the balance. And to top it all off, one crew actually gave me a can of spray paint to touch up the posts, and they left a huge mess of trash – including cut-up posts, bolts, and even used my trash can to mix cement! Honestly, I’d urge anyone considering this company to steer clear – RUN!” report abuse

  I was really happy with the final result – Long Fence did a fantastic job enclosing my property with all the different fencing styles and gates, especially the driveway gate which I absolutely love. They were great at addressing any little issues that came up along the way too, so everything was handled quickly and efficiently. report abuse
