  Isaac was fantastic! He really went above and beyond to make the whole process so easy and stress-free. He called ahead to let us know when he was on his way, and when he arrived, he was incredibly friendly and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and our budget. He even measured our space and brought in samples that perfectly matched our needs, and he patiently explained the differences between each type of flooring without any pressure to buy. Honestly, it was such a smooth experience – we’ll definitely be calling him again when we tackle the rest of the house! report abuse

  “I just wanted to say how fantastic my experience was at Empire. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch the salesperson’s name, but she was absolutely wonderful – incredibly patient and kind. She was so understanding when I had another vendor over at my house and waited an hour for me. Most people would have left, but she didn't, and I really appreciate that. The carpet itself was great too! My daughter recommended Empire to me, and I’m definitely going to buy from them again and tell everyone I know.” report abuse

  Honestly, we were absolutely thrilled with the team’s work! They exceeded our expectations completely – the finished result with the five rooms looking fantastic is exactly what we hoped for, and more. It was wonderful to see such attention to detail, like the supervisor carefully dusting everything as they put the furniture back in place; it really made a difference.   I had a truly awful experience with Empire Today, and I strongly advise against using their services. From start to finish, it was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I initially purchased their products, and immediately after, the customer service became nonexistent. I had a service tech come out on February 5th, but no one ever followed up as promised. He even had to leave after waiting over an hour! Then, I emailed Michael, but got no response. A week later, they called to try and sell me more flooring, and I firmly told them I wasn’t interested due to the terrible service I’d already received. They eventually forwarded my complaint to Michael, who was incredibly dismissive and showed no concern for my problem. He insisted it was a “site issue” and demanded over $400 to fix a small crack in my staircase – a crack I discovered myself! He wouldn't even let me speak to his manager, who seemed just as unhelpful. Honestly, the whole thing was a complete waste of time and money. I absolutely do not recommend Empire Today for flooring – it was a very disappointing experience. report abuse

  Jonathan was fantastic – so helpful and genuinely knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond, taking the time to answer all of our questions and offering great advice, especially when we were trying to decide on a floor color. He even took pictures of our top two choices to show us what they’d look like in the room, which was incredibly useful. report abuse

  “Luis and his team did an outstanding job. They not only removed the old flooring perfectly, but they also uncovered a problem with the underlying concrete that the previous owners hadn’t addressed – it wasn't level. He was so professional – he quickly understood the problem and handled it perfectly. The second team of installers they sent were also fantastic and incredibly friendly.
