“I was really concerned and frankly, quite upset with the person I spoke to on the phone. They were incredibly dismissive of my questions about the potential health and safety issues related to their contract with the city for the mini-city project. There was a threatening tone to their responses, and I felt completely unheard.”
-
“The construction crew working on the new school in Chehalis needs to be much more aware of the traffic and parents dropping off their children at the neighboring schools. They’re consistently walking out in front of cars and seem to disregard the flow of traffic.”

Seriously, I would advise against hiring this company. Their work quality seems good, but their business practices are deeply concerning. They don’t pay their employees or contractors, which suggests a complete disregard for ethical labor practices. They also seem to operate with a very controlling, almost autocratic leadership style – it sounds like they're driven by a communist ideology. Ultimately, if you value fair treatment and respect for your team, avoid using this company for any projects.

Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly negative. The staff were unprofessional and, frankly, quite intimidating. I felt pressured and threatened on the job site, and they seemed determined to make me responsible for any potential injuries – even hinting at holding me liable for personal property damage. It was a really uncomfortable and unsettling experience.

This project seems deeply problematic. Using taxpayer money to fund a costly training facility through a contract with Lacey raises serious concerns about responsible spending and potentially legitimizing excessive force.
