  I’m absolutely thrilled with my new front door – it’s truly stunning! The quality of the work is fantastic, and the wood finish really elevates the whole entryway. I especially love the decorative glass; it’s beautiful and provides a great level of privacy. The installation was super smooth and the team was professional.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent purchase from Forever Doors. I ordered a 5k door and was completely scammed. I received a green door – the wrong color entirely, and the trim doesn’t match. To add to the frustration, they’ve refused to refund my money. The door is also already showing discoloration, which is unacceptable. Seriously, avoid this company! report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience trying to meet with a Lowe’s sales representative at their Ontario showroom. I drove a significant distance, battling traffic, specifically to be there at 9am for a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, the meeting was abruptly cancelled without any notification. When I spoke with the staff, they seemed completely unprepared and unable to assist me, and the language barrier made it even more difficult. Ultimately, they just left me stranded in the showroom, and I decided to leave. It’s a shame – you really only get one chance to make a good impression, and this felt incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. I don’t understand why Lowe’s continues to work with this particular company. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience ordering eight doors from Forever Doors. After a two-month wait, I discovered several doors were missing from the shipment. To add to the frustration, they then asked me to return the extra doors, as if it was somehow my responsibility that they’d made a mistake loading them onto my truck. When I contacted them about the missing hardware, I was met with constant delays – they kept saying the hardware would ship ‘shortly,’ but weeks passed with no delivery. Ultimately, I had to find a different supplier because I couldn’t get the doors secured.” report abuse
