  I’m so sorry to say this was a really disappointing experience with American Flooring. Less than a year after having our floors installed, we’ve already noticed significant warping, curling, and bowing, and parts of the floor have actually come loose. It’s clear they don’t stand behind their products or their warranty, and they’ve repeatedly tried to shift the blame onto us. We've seen similar complaints from other customers, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. We’re now having a complete replacement installed, and we’re pursuing a claim in small claims court. I strongly advise against buying any American Flooring products – you’re much better off looking elsewhere. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. The floor arrived with a significant defect – the boards were severely curled and separated. Worse, the owner’s wife, Jenny Lu, refused to honor the warranty, leaving me with no resolution. I’m now left with no choice but to pursue this through small claims court, the Better Business Bureau, and potentially other legal avenues to get this resolved. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this flooring. Just a year after installation, the planks started curling up and they had to be discontinued. Now I’m stuck having to replace the entire floor – it’s a huge inconvenience, and I wouldn't recommend going with this company.” report abuse

  Overall, this was a really positive experience. The service was excellent and the products were top-notch quality. While they are a bit on the pricier side, I felt the quality definitely justified the investment. report abuse
