“Honestly, picking up an order here is a really frustrating experience. You can realistically expect to wait at least two hours, and if you’re dealing with a slab or anything complicated, it’s going to be closer to four and a half hours. The people loading the orders don't seem to rush things, and we’ve had issues with orders being canceled without any notification. Plus, the directions within the yard are completely disorganized – you’re constantly being told where to go, only to be redirected. And, unfortunately, there’s a pattern of them saying ‘it’s all here’ when you arrive, only to then tell you the order is still backordered.”

“I had a really frustrating experience today. It took over two hours to unload my shipment, and I didn’t receive any assistance from the staff – they seemed quite rude and unhelpful. Honestly, I’m seriously considering canceling any future business with this company due to this unacceptable delay and lack of support.”

Mr. Vallejo was fantastic to work with! He really went above and beyond to help us select the perfect materials for our project, patiently explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each option available. He was also incredibly helpful in finding the exact color we needed. His courteous demeanor and deep knowledge made the whole process so much easier – truly excellent customer service.

“As a kitchen and bath remodeler who’s worked with MSI for a long time, I want to be upfront: my experience has been incredibly frustrating. This isn’t based on a single interaction, but after numerous issues, I can’t recommend them. The biggest problem is they’ve repeatedly sold slabs after we’d fully paid for them and marked them. I had a client invest over $10,000 in a beautiful quartzite, only to find one of the slabs had been sold while my fabricator was picking it up. It’s unbelievable – natural stone is unique, and we spend so much time selecting the perfect piece. The sales rep essentially told me to lie to the client and claim the slab broke, which is completely unacceptable. Beyond that, their selection of natural stone is often marred by damage – slabs are frequently unfinished or have imperfections, yet they still sell them at full price. And when we’ve brought this to their attention, they’ve just given us the runaround and refused to offer any compensation. Finally, their sales team is terrible with communication. We’ve gotten wildly different prices for the same stone from different reps, and ordering from the sales desk always results in lower pricing than what we were quoted. I've given MSI multiple chances to improve, but I’m consistently disappointed. I’ll no longer be using their materials, and I strongly advise homeowners and other professionals to explore other vendors in the area – you’ll find better quality, better service, and better pricing elsewhere.”

“We were so relieved – and a little frustrated – when we went to finalize our quartzite order and discovered the slab we’d reserved wasn’t the one being held. To add to the confusion, someone had already bought all but one of the slabs we’d selected! Thankfully, the MSI team – Larry, Nina, Drew, Andrew, and Pedro – went above and beyond to sort it out for us. They worked incredibly hard to get us the exact slab we wanted from our chosen lot. It really highlighted how fantastic their team is; they have a great selection of stones, but it’s the people who work there that truly make MSI stand out.”

“We absolutely loved our experience! As first-time customers, the check-in process was a little lengthy, but it didn’t matter at all. From the moment we met Jacob, it was fantastic. He was so incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to walk us through all the tile options and show us different sizes and finishes. He really listened to our needs and concerns, and he went above and beyond – even braving the rain to help us find the perfect countertop! Seriously, he spent over 20 minutes outside with us, and we felt so comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service, and we’re so grateful for Jacob’s help – 10/10!”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “We’ve been a regular customer purchasing stone from this supplier, and they have a good selection of flooring options. However, we had a really disappointing experience recently. We ordered three prefabricated stone pieces for a kitchen project, and to our surprise, they were noticeably different despite coming from the same box. When we contacted Marcel, the sales representative, he refused to accept a return or exchange, claiming the stone had already been cut. Frankly, this was incredibly frustrating, especially as it’s happened before. Because of this lack of responsibility, we won’t be buying from them again, and I’d advise anyone considering purchasing stone here to be very cautious – they seem to prioritize getting your money rather than standing by their product.”

Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. It was my second time picking up a load, and I sincerely hope it’s the last. The loading process was a complete disaster – we waited over three hours for a scheduled appointment, and the whole operation seemed incredibly disorganized. They’re really not meeting expectations, and I’m giving them only one star because that feels like a generous rating.

“I recently needed some granite and, thankfully, found a fantastic company! The drive from Palm Desert took about two hours, but it was definitely worth it. I was really impressed with their facilities and the huge selection they had. But what really stood out was the team – they were all so friendly and helpful. My sales representative, Karen Montes, was outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and took great care to respect my time while still getting me what I needed quickly. Overall, I highly recommend them and would absolutely give them a 5-star rating!”

Overall, our experience was really positive! We were a little disappointed last time when they closed unexpectedly, so we always check ahead now. This time, we called to confirm their hours and were able to find exactly what we needed – a beautiful quartz slab – thanks to George’s fantastic help. He was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure it was in stock and ready for us. Because of this, we’re planning to have the slabs shipped to us locally, and we’d absolutely recommend this company to others.
