  I couldn’t be happier with my new flooring from AllFlooringUSA! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Mario was incredible – he really took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect flooring for my home. The quality of the installation was outstanding; the installers were so careful and clearly passionate about their work. I was even pleasantly surprised when some steps were damaged due to a manufacturing issue, but they immediately replaced them without any hassle.   “I’m so glad I found this flooring company – they were by far the best I’ve worked with in Orlando. Seriously, stop looking around and just give them a call. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and it’s a family-owned business which made a real difference. The whole process was so easy and transparent; no hidden fees at all. I visited their showroom on Saturday, and they even sent someone out to measure my house on Monday. They completed the job – which they estimated would take 2-2.5 days – in a single day, and the installer was a really dedicated guy! The floors look fantastic.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. Ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend them at all. The work was consistently incomplete, they left me with a substandard installation that I’m now forced to pay someone else to fix, costing me a significant amount of money. To top it off, the installers were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and the way they treated their own staff was truly concerning. It was a frustrating and frankly, awful experience. report abuse

Julian, the General Manager, was fantastic, working with me for over six months to plan my new flooring. But the real stars were Leonel and Leo, who did an absolutely incredible job with the installation – truly meticulous and professional. And I really appreciated Julian and Mario checking in daily to ensure everything was going perfectly and that I was completely satisfied with the final result.
