  “From the very first call, Mario’s warmth and dedication were clear, and it’s been a truly wonderful experience working with him and his team. He really listened to what I wanted for my floors, and he went above and beyond, bringing a perfect sample and letting us take it home to see how it looked. We ended up choosing that initial sample for our stairs and upstairs foyer, and the installation was absolutely stunning – it looks so classy and elegant, and we know it’s a durable choice too. But Mario’s commitment didn’t stop there! Just two weeks later, he completely transformed our master bathroom, a space that had been a real headache for years. He brought my vision to life with the renovation, and Jose did an amazing job with the tile work – his attention to detail was fantastic. Jose was so kind, punctual, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Honestly, Mario has been incredible throughout everything. He’s been so patient, encouraging, and hardworking, and he’s truly supported us as he and his team have made our house look absolutely beautiful.   “We absolutely loved working with All Flooring USA & Cabinets at their Lake Nona location – Mario was fantastic! From the very beginning, he was so patient and knowledgeable, really taking the time to understand what we wanted for our home. He walked us through all the different flooring options, explaining the good and bad of each without any pressure to buy anything. We had initially just planned to replace the carpet in four bedrooms, but after our consultation with Mario, we were so impressed with the vinyl wood flooring and decided to go with it throughout the entire house. It’s made such a huge difference! The installation was incredibly quick – just two days – and the crew was professional, really careful with our furniture, and made the whole process stress-free. The results are stunning, and we’re thrilled with our new floors. Mario went above and beyond, checking in on us regularly during the installation.   “We absolutely loved our experience with All Flooring USA in Lake Nona! We’d been researching flooring for months when we reached out, and Mario Picone, the head designer, was fantastic from the start. He was so helpful on the phone and quickly sent a technician, Sergio, to measure our house. Mario really steered us away from the expensive and complicated tile option, suggesting laminate which was a much better fit for our budget and timeline. We even ended up upgrading our baseboards while we were at it! Mario expertly guided us through all the decisions, including how to handle our stairs. The whole process was incredibly smooth – they started the work on December 17th and finished everything before Christmas, just as promised. Their installers, Thiago, Michael, Alberto, and Pedro, were amazing, taking care of moving all our furniture. Honestly, we were completely blown away by the quality of their work and how efficiently they tackled everything.   Overall, we were really pleased with the new porcelain tile installation in our four rooms – it looks fantastic, which is what mattered most to us. A big thank you to Kenny for his excellent work finding tiles that matched the ones we’d already used. The installers did a solid job, though it was a little tricky as one didn’t speak much English. The job took a bit longer than expected, starting later in the day and running into the evening, and we ended up spending some time after the initial installation cleaning up a lot of grout. They were great about coming back to address a few problem areas, so we’d definitely consider using this company again. report abuse

Mateo and Juan were fantastic – incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to get our new carpet installed in all four upstairs bedrooms and the tile flooring in the downstairs bedroom, laundry room, and bathroom completed quickly and perfectly.
