  Working with Project Pros Crew, including Dirk, Nathan, and the whole team, was a fantastic experience – this was my second time using their services. They expertly completed the Trex deck for our trailer last year, and this time it was to add the deck itself. It’s definitely challenging to oversee a project when you’re 200 miles away, but Project Pros made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. They kept me constantly updated and were really willing to collaborate and adjust things as needed, using their expertise to solve some unexpected issues. Honestly, they're a truly impressive team to work with, and we’ll absolutely be calling them first for any future projects! I highly recommend you do the same. report abuse

  We couldn’t be happier with the new floor at the Barn at Rock N' Willow! Dirk and his team did an absolutely fantastic job – we’ve already received so many wonderful compliments, and we haven’t even opened yet. The entire process, from the pouring and stamping to the staining, antiquing, and sealing, was truly outstanding. What really stood out was Dirk’s communication; he was always readily available to answer our questions and keep us updated on the progress.   “We used Project Pros last summer for some work in our backyard, and we’re so glad we did! We had a really frustrating problem with water leaking into our garage, but they responded incredibly quickly. They came out and offered us a few different solutions, and thankfully, they were able to pinpoint a foundation crack during some digging around our house and garage.   I was really disappointed with this company. They completely ignored my calls regarding a very basic gravel spreading job, which I found baffling. Then, I found out they’d stopped responding because I hadn’t immediately agreed to a project – that felt incredibly petty. I even offered them another job after that, but they declined. While their initial response was unprofessional, I appreciated the thoughtful explanation they eventually provided, but ultimately their decision not to follow through felt like a missed opportunity and a lack of good judgment. report abuse

  Dirk and his team were fantastic to work with. He really took the time to explain the different patio options and costs, and gave us a realistic timeline for our project. We’ve decided on the wood-stamped design and are excited to get it done next spring.   “I had a really frustrating experience working with this company. A technician came to assess our project, we discussed everything and he promised to get back to us within a week.
