  “I’m really disappointed with the work Randy’s crew did on our driveway. He was pleasant enough to work with initially, but the concrete has started to flake and crumble, especially after just a few weeks, and we haven’t used any salt. It’s incredibly frustrating that he hasn’t responded to my concerns or followed up after responding via text. It seems like the problem stems from the concrete sitting in the truck for too long – about three hours – which is way over the recommended limit according to industry standards. Talking to other contractors confirmed this. It feels like he was aware of this issue and still proceeded, likely prioritizing cost over quality.” report abuse

  Randy and his team were a lifesaver! I was getting nowhere with other contractors, but they stepped up and took on my driveway extension and sidewalk project when everyone else had ignored my calls. Randy was really accommodating and even squeezed me in for an estimate while he was working on a different job. The quality of his work was fantastic – he did a beautiful job extending my driveway and installing the sidewalk on the terrace. Plus, I added a little wing to the project at the last minute, and Randy didn’t hesitate to include it in the price. The concrete cutter they used was also top-notch, and I really enjoyed watching the process. But what really stood out was Randy’s character; he even noticed I was struggling with the snow one day and cleared my driveway – that kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. I’ll definitely be using Randy and his team again for any future projects. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the concrete work Randy did on our driveway six years ago. It started cracking immediately, and despite our concerns, the problem has only gotten worse. Now, seven years later, the concrete is severely chipped and riddled with huge cracks – far beyond what’s normal. We’ve lived in our home for over 20 years and our existing concrete is still holding up just fine. It’s clear this was shoddy workmanship, and I would strongly advise against hiring Randy for any concrete project. report abuse
