“The work done on this installation was completely unacceptable. There wasn’t any actual wiring installed, and they simply hooked up new wiring to the very old, original system. Worse, they used a completely unprofessional method – screwing directly into the wiring, which resulted in serious injuries. The connections were a mess with multiple bad junctions and loose wires taped together. It was clear this was not done with any level of skill or professionalism.”
