Overall, this nursery has a really nice, welcoming atmosphere – I particularly appreciated the local feel. However, my experience was let down by the service. I’ve visited several times for different projects, and each time I felt like I was constantly having to flag down an employee for assistance. It seemed like they were hesitant to help, making me feel like I was interrupting their work. Also, the lack of plant labels made it incredibly difficult to make any decisions without needing to ask for help. Considering the higher prices, I found it much better to go to Lowe’s instead.

Overall, I really enjoy shopping at this flower store. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and the service is top-notch. They have a fantastic selection of flowers, with a really good variety to choose from. However, I’ve noticed that the cut flowers sometimes don’t last as long as I’d hoped – a few bouquets have wilted within just a few days, even though they were a bit more expensive than flowers from the grocery store, which usually hold up much better.

“I absolutely love Plymouth’s garden center! They really know how to create a buzz with all the local events they put on, and the Santa visit is a fantastic tradition for families. Plus, I’ve always been impressed with the prices – they’re really competitive. The staff are also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always happy to answer my gardening questions. My neighbor recently used their consulting services and was thrilled with the advice they received.”

I was really disappointed with my experience at this plant shop. They have a nice selection of plants, though a bit pricier than other places. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience when two of the plants I bought started to die the very next day. When I went back to exchange them, the staff were incredibly unhelpful and refused to do anything about it. It was a frustrating and upsetting experience, and I definitely won’t be shopping there again.

“Overall, I was incredibly impressed with my experience. The sales team was fantastic, and the service I received from start to finish was excellent. When I needed trees for a privacy screen and shade in Dundee, they went above and beyond. They quickly sourced the specific trees I wanted, even when they were out of stock, and delivered them to my backyard within just two days – and they even helped me get them planted!”

I was incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with Dundee Florist. The arrangement I ordered for a friend looked completely different from the picture online, and frankly, it was nowhere near what I expected given their star rating. While I understand that flowers can vary seasonally, it was concerning that they didn't even have the original container I had specifically selected – I chose Dundee because I’d heard they were excellent. It felt like a bait-and-switch to spend $140, and their response was completely unhelpful; they simply directed me to contact Teleflora instead of attempting to rectify the situation themselves. The whole interaction felt incredibly rude and untrustworthy.

“We absolutely loved getting our Christmas tree at Dundee’s. We usually go to the big box stores, but their selection was just so much better. The trees were beautifully displayed and we could really see what we were choosing, and the prices were great. They even bundled and loaded the tree onto our car for us – so convenient! We’ll definitely be back next year for a Fraser fir. Thanks so much!”

I was really disappointed with my visit. It felt incredibly disorganized – I kept finding items without prices, and there wasn’t anyone around to offer assistance, especially in the garden area. Several staff members walked by, but no one stopped to ask if I needed help. Inside, it seemed like some of the workers were just milling around and complaining, which added to the frustrating experience. And to make matters worse, many of the gift items looked dusty and unappealing. I had trouble finding prices, and one employee was actually venting to the cashier for an extended period, taking her attention away from assisting customers. While the cashier herself was great when she was focused on helping people, the overall experience left me feeling let down, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

“The flowers arrived on time, which was good, but unfortunately they were completely different from what I’d ordered. Several flowers were missing from the arrangement and they’d been swapped out with different blooms, plus there was a lot of extra greenery added that wasn’t part of the order.”

Overall, this place has a great selection of plants and flowers, and they also offer a nice range of gifts. The prices are fair, and I felt they were a little better than Bachman’s – though not the absolute cheapest option around.
