Overall, I had a pretty good experience buying $5k worth of stone from them – they’re decent guys. However, I was really disappointed with the last pallet I received. The final three layers were shockingly dirty, as you can see in the pictures I’m attaching. I brought it back to request a replacement with clean stone, but they suggested I just wash it myself at a car wash. Honestly, I was expecting a more straightforward solution and felt like they weren’t prioritizing customer satisfaction. I’d probably give them a 3-star rating, but it feels a little too high considering the issue.

“I was really struggling to find some exterior wall bricks, and it was a frustrating search – Menards didn’t have them, and nowhere else seemed to carry them. Luckily, these guys had exactly what I needed, and at a good price too.”
