  Overall, our experience with Precision Electric for the electrical work on our new septic system was a bit mixed. We were really impressed with how quickly they got the job done – they completed the installation the week after Memorial Day, which was fantastic. However, unfortunately, the pump system was plugged in incorrectly, causing the pump to run continuously and ultimately damaging it. We appreciated Mike stepping up and having the pump replaced at his expense, which was a really positive resolution. That said, I have to say I wasn’t as satisfied with the quality of the installation itself. The crew didn’t properly pack the trench connecting the cabin to the pump, and this led to significant erosion around the tank heads – as you can see in the photos. They sent a crew to fix it, but they didn’t have enough materials, and the erosion continued. While Mike was apologetic and promised to return, it ended up being me who had to manually move the washed-out soil. It felt a little odd that a company offering landscaping services also performed the electrical work, and that they weren’t more proactive in addressing the long-term erosion problem. report abuse

  Precision did an absolutely fantastic job installing the permanent lighting for our home and shed. From the very beginning, they were so professional and helpful, guiding us through the whole planning process and then executing the installation perfectly. We’re absolutely thrilled with the results – the new lighting really elevates the property. If you’re considering permanent lighting, I highly recommend giving them a call; you won’t regret it! report abuse
