  “I was really frustrated with the whole process. Woodland Homes insisted we use All-Star for the pool installation, even though we wanted to be ready for our move-in date in December 2021. We paid them $1,000 to run the power to the pool equipment, and then we ended up needing to hire an electrician separately for an additional $1,500 to actually connect everything.” report abuse

They did a fantastic job installing our new pool – they worked diligently every day the weather permitted, kept the site incredibly clean, and the finished pool looks absolutely beautiful.   “I used All Star to build my pool, and I initially didn’t have a strong preference regarding the start date. However, once they began work, I really needed them to be working on it consistently, every day of the week, until it was complete. Looking back, I should have made sure that was clearly outlined in the contract – it would have been beneficial.” report abuse

  “We bought our house just outside of Grant six years ago, and a big part of that decision was wanting a pool. However, over the last 20 years, the light at the deep end has been having problems – it’s developed a leak and we’ve lost quite a bit of water because of it.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the work All Star Pools did for us. They originally built our pool back in 2002, and then did a fantastic job rehabilitating it in 2018. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the entire team was so friendly and professional – a real pleasure to have around. They actually finished the job a bit early, too! They were fantastic to work with, and while we did experience some delays due to the weather which impacted the timeline, that wasn’t their fault at all.   “Unfortunately, the Gunite pool and retaining walls we built for you have experienced some significant issues. The retaining walls have begun to collapse, which is causing the pool deck to settle and the tiles on the pool to separate. We had a structural engineer assess the situation, and his report confirmed these problems.” report abuse
