Overall, I was really pleased with Landmark. I got quotes from several companies and they were definitely the most affordable, and they responded to my inquiry quickly. It turned out they were incredibly busy due to the ongoing effects of Covid, which meant the project wasn't scheduled until August – I’d initially contacted them in May. However, on the day of the appointment, they were very efficient and got the job done quickly.

My husband and I were really disappointed to discover, through the survey company’s findings, that part of our previously agreed-upon fenced dog run actually extends onto our neighbor’s property – a detail that wasn’t clear when we bought the house. We’ve spoken with the neighbor, who confirms the survey is incorrect, and frankly, we’re incredibly frustrated because we invested a significant amount of money to ensure this wouldn’t be an issue.”
