  I absolutely want to express my sincere gratitude to America’s Home Place for building my new home. It’s been a truly wonderful experience, especially considering I’m 79 years old. Doug and Delisha were fantastic – they really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and needed for my new place, and the entire process was so smooth and easy. Mark, our contractor, was also incredible, keeping everything on track and ensuring everything came together perfectly. To top it all off, America’s Home Place built my daughters’ and granddaughters’ homes too, all at the same time and within the projected timeframe.   We absolutely love our new home – we just moved in last month after purchasing the land a couple of years ago. We’d been working with a builder, but things just didn’t quite click, and we were starting to lose hope of making our dream a reality. That’s when we visited the Oxford location of America’s Home Place, and we’re so glad we did! Danny was fantastic, and he really took the time to understand our needs and help us customize a plan. We went back a second time, and Delisha got us started on the whole process. Seriously, Danny, Delisha, Doug, and Brent were all incredibly helpful – they answered our questions so quickly and were always there to support us. Brent, our contractor, was especially great and always just a phone call away.   Overall, our experience with AHP was fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to keep us informed every step of the way. They were always happy to answer our questions and help us navigate any changes we wanted to make to the project. We did have a small hiccup with the septic system budget, but they handled it with such professionalism and efficiency – resolving the issue quickly and with minimal disruption.   “I can’t honestly recommend this builder. From the moment we moved into our home in East Alabama in 2018, it’s been a constant battle with problems. There’s just no quality control – we’ve been dealing with shoddy workmanship and issues with the electrical and plumbing almost immediately after moving in. Even the warranty company just seems to offer temporary fixes instead of addressing the root of the problems.” report abuse

  We absolutely love our new home – it’s been an amazing experience working with AHP Oxford! We really put Delisha through her paces as we went through several different plans, but it was worth it to find the perfect house for our family. Being there to see the build progress was fantastic; you get so much more insight than with a custom spec home. The framing quality was exceptional; the house is incredibly solid, and the truss roof construction was a brilliant move – it really allowed us to completely customize the layout to exactly what we wanted. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process, with Doug expertly resolving a tricky issue with the stairwell and Mark clearly leading the build with confidence. We had complete faith in AHP Oxford, and they absolutely delivered on their promise of exceptional craftsmanship and a beautiful home that we’re so proud of.
