I was really disappointed with my experience. I spoke to a representative named John, and from the very beginning, he was incredibly inappropriate. He made several unwelcome comments about my personal life, including asking if I was married, which was completely unacceptable.

“Because of recent changes to the federal flood insurance program, we needed to update our records across all of our divisions – from the West Coast to the East Coast – by submitting new applications and obtaining updated elevation certificates for each one.”
-
“I was incredibly frustrated with this company. They took a significant upfront payment and then completely disappeared. We spent months trying to get them to finish the work, constantly calling and emailing, with no response. Eventually, we had to find another company and, to add insult to injury, they refused to return our money. Honestly, I really regret not doing more research before hiring them – it was a huge mistake.”

“Unfortunately, there was no response to my request, and I’d have to give it a zero-star rating if I could.”
