  “We were really pleased with our new fence, which Tony installed back in Summer 2022. It’s still looking fantastic a little over a year later! Tony was a pleasure to work with – so friendly and accommodating, and he gave us some really competitive quotes and a realistic timeline. He also offered some helpful advice on what we needed. We ended up with a combination of privacy fencing along the houses and black chain link in the back, and we absolutely love how it turned out. It’s a beautiful fence, especially considering our yard is a bit of a hill – it’s lined up perfectly with the ground. The whole family, and even our dog, absolutely loves it.   I can’t recommend LaPierre Fence Co. at all. We had a truly awful experience and feel completely ripped off. We hired Anthony Dayhoff for a fence installation at our home in October 2023, and from the very beginning, it was a nightmare. Despite paying a $3,000 deposit, he constantly delayed showing up to work and provided numerous false excuses. What was supposed to be a 2.5-3 day job stretched into three weeks of frustration and distrust. Things escalated dramatically when he was arrested on our property for drug possession. It was incredibly unsettling and completely unacceptable. After we immediately cancelled our contract and requested a refund for some of the work done, he continued to stall and lie about delivering the materials he’d supposedly purchased with our deposit. Frankly, it felt like a deliberate attempt to avoid returning our money. Following his work, the new fence company we hired had to redo the entire installation due to the incredibly poor quality of his work. Because of this entire ordeal, we’re taking legal action against LaPierre Fence Co. and strongly advise anyone considering using their services to proceed with extreme caution – don’t rely solely on online reviews; there’s clearly something seriously wrong with how this company operates. report abuse

  I’m so incredibly disappointed with this contractor. Honestly, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They seemed great initially, promising exactly what I wanted for a new fence, but their crew did absolutely nothing of what they’d promised. I ended up paying over $7,000 for a fence that’s essentially useless. I’d urge anyone considering hiring them to proceed with extreme caution – don’t be swayed by a friendly face like Rich’s; you won’t be satisfied. It took four long months for them to even show up, and when they did, the work was shockingly poor. I had to replace almost all of the 6-foot posts because they were only partially buried – just 19 inches! I was told they were going to be 3 feet deep, which was a blatant lie. It feels like we were completely ripped off, and I sincerely hope their bad reputation eventually catches up with them. report abuse
