Working with Josh and Alex to plan our pool installation in 2023 was fantastic. I signed the contract back in May 2021, and frankly, the lack of communication I’ve experienced is incredibly disappointing. Just today, they canceled our appointment last minute and provided absolutely no follow-up – no call, no explanation, nothing. It’s a really unprofessional approach, and unfortunately, it seems to be a recurring pattern.”
