From the start, they offered the best price compared to all the other solar companies we spoke with, and they completely stuck to their budget and timeline for the installation. The service was fantastic – Sandra LaMont was a huge help, explaining everything clearly before, during, and after the installation, and she was always available to answer our questions. We even had a billing issue with SCE, but Sandra stepped in immediately, resolving it within 15 minutes by calling SCE on our behalf. It was such a relief! A big thanks to Nick, Zach, Glenn, Sandra, Christian, Jordan, Veronica, and the entire Sunlogix installation team for getting us up and running with solar.   “I can’t recommend Sunlogix highly enough! We were looking into solar panels a few months back and got quotes from several companies, including Renova, HPE, and FreeVolt. Sunlogix stood out from the start – their presentation was fantastic and their quote was the most competitive. Jason Ditter was an incredible sales consultant; he was so knowledgeable, really listened to what we were looking for without any pressure, which was exactly what we wanted. Once we signed the contract, the installation was incredibly smooth and professional. The crew was respectful and hardworking, and Henry, the crew leader, ensured the work area was spotless at the end of each day. We were thrilled with the final product – it’s absolutely amazing!   Sunlogix was absolutely fantastic to work with – truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a solar installation company. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations, handling everything from the design and installation to coordinating with our HOA and the city. They even took care of all the necessary filings with SoCal Edison, which was a huge relief. Sandra, in particular, was outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us and, along with her team, developed a design that’s projected to pay for itself in about five years. And Sandra went above and beyond, working with SoCal Edison to get the final approval and PTO for our system – she even tackled some complicated billing issues to ensure we could start seeing credits on our bills. The installation team, led by Jacob, was equally impressive. He paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring everything was neat and tidy, and he really took care to make sure the system blended seamlessly with our home.   Honestly, choosing a solar company was a really big undertaking, and I’m so glad we went with Sunlogix. From the very beginning, Jason Ditter was fantastic – he responded to my initial online inquiry even on a Sunday and then took the time to actually call and talk through everything. What really set Sunlogix apart was Edwin, the engineer who came to our property. He didn’t just throw numbers at us; he meticulously walked us through the entire assessment, looking at our roof, the attic, even our pool equipment and reviewing our past SCE bills. It gave me a real understanding of the whole process. Then Jason put everything together with a detailed proposal, timeline, and a report focused on maximizing our energy production. Throughout the whole thing, Jason has been incredibly responsive, even checking in with me to review my SCE bills to make sure we’re on track. I truly feel supported and valued as a customer.
