Manual and Jose Hernandez, the two roofers who did the work, were fantastic – so clean, skilled, and genuinely professional. They took such good care of our property, checking for nails daily and keeping the job site spotless. We’ve used Western Pacific for years for all our repairs and they’ve always delivered excellent work and reliable service.   “I can’t recommend Western Pacific Roofing enough! We had a small leak in our garage that had been bothering us for years, and it eventually got much worse, sadly ruining a family heirloom – a painting. We contacted a few different companies, but what really sealed the deal was knowing they were one of the companies selected to repair the Pentagon after 9/11. That spoke volumes about their quality and reliability. They were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and the quote they gave us was really fair. The crew was fantastic – they showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and even cleaned up all the mess when they were done.   “I’m really pleased with the service I received from Western Pacific. I manage a property in Acton, and we had a significant leak on a mobile home roof that needed immediate attention. It was surprisingly difficult to find a contractor willing to take a look, but Western Pacific was fantastic. They quickly assessed the situation and expertly repaired the leak without recommending a full roof replacement – exactly what we needed. I’ve already contacted them to discuss another roof repair project on one of my other rentals, and I’ll be sure to update my review once I have more to report.” report abuse

  Honestly, my experience with Western Roofing was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I waited a couple of weeks to really think about my options since I was so turned off by how unresponsive most roofers were. Western Roofing popped up in my search, and the initial reviews seemed decent, but it quickly became clear that wasn't the case. I received a quote, accepted it, and then completely lost contact. I paid the deposit and signed the contract, but every call I made to check on the schedule was met with a receptionist who couldn’t find my file. It got worse – they couldn't even confirm they’d schedule my job, telling me it would be at least two months before they’d consider it. Then, after a month and a half, I finally got someone to talk to, and they still couldn't locate my file! The behavior was completely unprofessional; the receptionist was rude and dismissive, and it took ages to just get a check to return my deposit. I strongly advise against using Western Roofing – there are much better options out there. report abuse
