From the initial estimate with JT, the whole process was incredibly smooth and professional. Manual and Jose Hernandez were the roofers who did the work, and we were seriously impressed. They were incredibly professional, kept the job site spotless, and were clearly very skilled. They even checked for nails every day. We’ve used Western Pacific for years for various repairs, and we’ve always been impressed with their reliability and commitment to quality.   “I can’t recommend Western Pacific Roofing enough! We had a small leak in our garage that had been bothering us for years, and it finally got really bad, causing some serious damage, including ruining a family heirloom. We contacted several companies, and what really set Western Pacific apart was their involvement in repairing the Pentagon after 9/11 – it gave us complete confidence in their quality and trustworthiness. They were fantastic to work with – friendly, easy to talk to, and their quote was incredibly fair. The crew was punctual, efficient, and left our home spotless after the job was done.   “I’ve had a really positive experience with Western Pacific. I manage a property in Acton, and we had a significant roof leak on a mobile home that was proving difficult to get anyone to address. Western Pacific was fantastic – they quickly assessed the situation, expertly repaired the roof, and completely eliminated the leak. They didn't push for a full replacement, which was a huge relief.   I’m so disappointed with my experience with Western Roofing. I initially contacted them hoping to find a reliable roofer, but it was a frustrating process from start to finish. They popped up in my search, and the initial reviews seemed okay, but my experience was far from positive. I received a quote, accepted it, and then never heard back from anyone. I paid the deposit and signed the contract, but every call I made to check on the schedule was met with a receptionist who couldn’t find my file. It was incredibly difficult to get anyone to talk to me, and eventually, I was told it would be at least two months before they could even start the work. After a month and a half, I went to the office seeking answers, only to be met with a dismissive receptionist who couldn’t locate my paperwork. The person listed on my contract was nowhere to be found, and it took another 45 minutes just to get a check to replace my deposit. The entire interaction was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Honestly, I’d strongly advise you to look for a different roofing company – their practices are simply appalling. report abuse
