  “Following our contract’s termination with Swimcon, we discovered our pool pump had vanished. It wasn’t a simple disappearance – it seemed like someone with a key and knowledge of the property took it. Adding to this, we’d already dealt with a seriously persistent staining issue with our hot tub, and they completely refused to address it. Frankly, our experience with Swimcon was extremely disappointing and left us with the impression that they were not reliable or professional.” report abuse

  I was incredibly disappointed with Swim Com. I hired them to replace my pool lights, and the experience was a complete letdown. They provided an initial quote, but the installer seemed completely unprepared. He struggled for hours trying to run the cables through the conduit using a very flimsy fish tape, which repeatedly bent and broke. Eventually, he had to buy a different, stronger fish tape himself, and then it went through on the first attempt. The final bill was double the original quote, and shockingly, it included the cost of the new fish tape they’d bought – it’s unacceptable to be charged for equipment they purchased themselves. You’d expect a professional installer to have the right tools and knowledge to do the job properly, and Swim Com definitely failed to deliver. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this pool service. The cleaner only visits every other week, which is far below what was agreed upon, and the work done – usually just a quick leaf cleanup – feels completely inadequate. The pool consistently turns green, and despite repeated promises to address the issue, nothing ever gets resolved. Honestly, I would strongly advise against using this company. report abuse
