  Overall, the rental experience was pretty good – the staff were really friendly and the equipment worked perfectly. However, I was quite disappointed with the billing. There was a fuel charge added to my bill, even though I returned the aerator with a full tank as instructed, and a damage waiver fee of $16 that I didn’t feel was necessary. It felt a bit like I was being charged for gas twice and paying for unnecessary insurance. The staff were unable to remove the fuel charge, citing previous issues with other customers adding water to the tanks, which I found frustrating since I hadn’t done anything wrong. It was a small issue, but it left me with a slightly negative impression. I would have appreciated the option to waive the damage waiver, as it’s really impossible to damage an aerator. report abuse

I’ve previously used Sunbelt, but Rental Works completely blew them away – they were significantly cheaper than Sunbelt and United, and the team genuinely seemed to care about providing excellent service.   I’ve been consistently impressed with this rental store. Tom and his team really go above and beyond – they’re incredibly friendly, helpful, and provide a truly top-notch service experience. The equipment is always well-maintained, and they’re always willing to go the extra mile, even ordering items from other locations if they don't have exactly what I need. Seriously, they make you feel like you’re their only customer, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any rental needs. report abuse
