We were initially told the survey would take three weeks, which was a key factor in choosing Kings Point, but it ultimately took two months to complete. We repeatedly contacted our account manager for updates on the timeline – specifically when the surveyors would be arriving and when the drawings would be finalized – but we never received consistent or accurate information.
