He then helped us upgrade to a similar model, saving us a substantial amount of money. Bill consistently follows up with us, always making himself available to answer any questions we have. Recently, he even alerted us to an expired non-profit certification, which could have had serious financial consequences for our church – we really appreciate his vigilance. And when it comes to service, Jeff Foisy has been outstanding. He’s always meticulous, reliable, and gets things done quickly. Honestly, Toshiba has been a truly A+ experience for us.
